I’m not a buffet kind of person, unless it’s a Brazilian grill set up like this one.
The meats are cooked so well, and the salad bar is almost as good as the grilled selection.
If you haven’t been to one, the touch of the gauchos rotating around your table, parading different types and cuts of meat for you to pick at your leisure, is quite fun and satisfying.
Brazilians and rodizio aficionados, swear by #picanha being the best cut, and I usually agree, but in this last visit, I was quite taken by the Tri-tip.
I found myself going back to it more than once.
