I really want to give props to this steakhouse for actually having a full vegan section on their menu.
In a world where you’re constantly being pushed to pick a side, it’s nice to find a place where we can all sit down and share a meal!
I want to expand on the feed and my opinion on this dish.
I loved it!
You can see the skill in the texture of the #seitan and I felt it was an honorable and successful rendition to the original dish.
I do feel that it’s definitely geared towards the vegan or vegetarian, which makes sense, because they have a regular #beefwellington on the menu.
Although delicious, I don’t think a meat eater would find the meat substitute as appealing as I did.
Amazing execution and thought process… I’ll be back for more very soon!
