Let me start by saying this dish doesn’t exist on the menu.
This is the dish I normally order, when I go to any Colombian restaurant in town.
It’s grilled skirt steak covered with caramelized onions and topped with 2 over easy fried eggs. I like to get it with rice and French fries. I know it’s starch on starch but I love carbs and I love to pick up the sauce rendering from the steak and onions with the rice and also eating the fries that have been soaked partially with the same liquid. It’s like crunchy on top, and soggy/saucy on bottom… Soooo delicious!!!
Unfortunately, Colombian restaurants in town all pretty much sell the same food, some obviously better than others. This one although basic, served very flavorful food.
The fries were delicious and of good quality and the steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted good!
They need to work on logistics, because the wait was long and the restaurant wasn’t half full.
Ohhh! And the beef empanadas are FIRE!!!
