This is one of the New Brunch items you can now get on Saturdays and Sundays.
I have to say the home fries were my favorite part of the dish. They were super crispy outside and soft inside. The peppers and the onions had a perfect caramelization and they were full of flavor!
The biscuit and sausage were pretty standard and the gravy could have had more depth. It was creamy and comforting, but it was missing some character.
It could be a great dish, I like the thought process of doing sausage on sausage. Two ingredients in different forms in the same dish.
It’s a new menu, and new means young, I’m sure it will come together when it matures with some time.
The spot is super fun and picturesque and the service is great!!!
It’s a good choice for a fun brunch!
