I came in looking for a great #burrito and got so much more.
The menu had 2 pages and 1 was solely dedicated to #plantbased options.
That wasn’t even the impressive part… I loved everything!!! So much so, that it was very hard to choose a dish to feature.
I went with the burrito, because it was delicious and the flavor was unexpected. It was almost sweet and savory and every component was good on its own.
I would come to this place at least once a week if it were close by.
The one thing I’ve noticed so far, while on my vegetarian path, is that most of the food available at restaurants, if you’re lucky is a joke.
It’s like the bar has been set so low, because most people on this path are grateful just by having something to eat, other than french fries.
I, on the other hand feel, that cooking with animal protein isn’t at all challenging. If you really want to prove something as a chef, it should be, by making vegetarian or vegan options shine.
If you are a chef and/or cook and you want to prove something, make a mind blowing veggie dish and then talk to me… I drop the mic… 🎤
