All things considered, this is the best ramen I’ve eaten and it was hands down the best thing I ate in San Francisco.
It was a vegetarian ramen and the broth was next level flavorful.
It included #tofu as the main protein and it was also seasoned and cooked perfectly. The spinach noodles were also a nice touch and added another dimension of flavor in the experience.
It was the only vegetarian option on the menu apart from the #edamame which originally bothered me, especially in a city like #sanfrancisco but they made up for it with #ramen amazingness!!!
