I know that right now there is a #birria craze and you can get birria everything even in non Mexican restaurants.
With that being said, I particularly liked that they have 3 different varieties of the birria taco.
They have the birria taco, which is just the plain tortilla with the birria style beef. They have the birria red taco, where they sear the tortilla on the flat top with the fat and consomé developed while cooking the beef. And they have a third option, which is just like #2 but they add cheese to taco while it’s being grilled on the griddle.
All 3 options are delicious, but my favorite is No. 2.
They open Wednesday to Saturday from 2 to 8pm, so get it straight.
There’s nothing more disappointing then planning to eat something and not being able to eat for not knowing the hours of operation. I know for personal experience…
I wanted to go on Tuesday and I found out I had to wait till Wednesday and I was devastated… 😂 🐽
FYI: Birria is originally made from mutton, but this one is beef only.
