I almost never order chicken at a restaurant… like my good friend @rason122077 would say: “That’s a weekday meal” 😂
AND I would order this again!
I really enjoy, when a chef is able to fuse cuisines accurately.
Some people think it’s just about mixing two different flavors and/or seasonings from different cultures, and it takes a lot more finesse and knowledge than that.
It’s almost like a painter trying to create a unique shade by using two different colors… not everyone can do it.
I loved the blend of the #ajiamarillo and the #panela on the chicken and how well it paired with the butternut squash purée and the pecans.
There were parts of the chicken that were a bit dry, but I didn’t even mind, because It was delish!!!
