I had never been excited about trying #pupusas because I thought they’d be very similar to #arepas – Although I haven’t tried the corn version yet, I’m so glad I tried the rice ones. They were absolutely delicious and unique.
I went vegetarian with the filling and was also impressed with #loroco
It’s an abundant edible flower in Central America. I loved the nuance of it in my mind and palate.
I can’t get passed the crunchy rice dough with the creamy and stringy cheese filling.
I could eat this on a regular basis and not get bored!!!
