I used to get breakfast sandwiches from here several years ago at their Lake Underhill location.
I love to see how they have grown and evolved from a hole in the wall dive to a really nice bakery.
I went for the breakfast sandwich, because I’m a sucker for brekkies and because they make their bread fresh in-house. Honestly, the fresh Puerto Rican bread was what made me come back!
I came to the attendant with special requests for off menu preparations and she was eager and happy to help. Impecable customer service!
I got my sandwich with scrambled eggs, American cheese, hash browns, lettuce, tomato and mayo-ketchup.
The bread was fresh and the hash browns were nice and crispy. Next time I’ll abstain from the lettuce and tomato. Although delicious, it made it a little too messy.
I need to come back and try some more food!
