Undoubtedly, my favorite burrito is the California burrito.
I know it’s not very fancy of me, but I love the idea of the fries inside the roll.
I feel it’s a great textural component in a dish that normally doesn’t have much texture.
This is the same idea, but with falafel and a Middle Eastern flavor profile.
I enjoyed it very much and I think it was a successful appropriation.
If you like spice, make sure you get the special hot sauce. It brings a lot of added flavor to the table.
