The greatest component of this business comes from the owner’s philosophy towards food.
He makes everything from scratch, including his cheeses and everything is made from only 2 or 3 ingredients.
Sounds easy, but it isn’t… it requires talent and passion and I could sense both in the food.
Although not vegan, I consider myself an enthusiast and for this, I have been exposed to many vegan products.
Cheese is hard to match or replace and I was truly impressed with their cashew mozzarella and their tofu ricotta.
I, normally feel lethargic after eating pizza. I ate almost 2 whole pies and I felt great!
That feeling of not feeling like a fat piece of s**t was sensational!
