Let me try to explain this place so you aren’t confused…
It’s really just a Pho Soup shop with different noodle options and a #dragonballz theme.
It’s technically a noodle bar, but it’s not ramen, although they have ramen noodles as an option for your pho.
Honestly, for me the only thing worthy of the soup was the broth. It had depth and umami, while being subtle… TRIPPY!
Apart from the savage veggie broth, it was just a bunch of raw ingredients thrown in the mix.
None of the ingredients were really transformed or manipulated.
After my noodles were gone, my bowl became pretty boring…
On the other hand, my daughter had a seafood bowl that had tempura shrimp, dumplings, seafood meatballs, etc.
I wish they had applied that same effort to my bowl. The asparagus was a good addition to the veggie lineup, though.
This third location on University, close to #ucf also has an #omakase experience unlike the other ones.
I really wanted to pull up a stool and have them hit me with their Soupkase, but it wasn’t geared towards branch eaters like me.
THE SPOT IS VERY COOL, ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE INTO ANIME!
