These guys are masters of meat, and I love how they apply the same concepts to their veggie burger.
The patty was made of black beans and corn. My favorite thing was the sear they accomplished along with the elevated flavors from the arugula and the roasted peppers.
The cheese sauce is an add on… I love liquid cheese… it’s my dark secret!
