Double smoked #plantbased sausage, topped with slaw, cilantro lime relish, salsa roja, verde, naranja and smothered in @fieldroast Chao non dairy cheese.
When I heard about this dog, I got so excited, it became a mission not to leave LA without trying it.
The dog was very flavorful and I would eat it again, but I expected more. It felt like, they took some store bought vegan ingredients and just threw a bunch of flavorful things on top.
Don’t get me wrong, everything they threw on top was delicious and very flavorful, but I don’t think it got the same thought process the rest of the food gets.
With that being said, it was an honor and a privilege to eat food inspired and created by @chefroychoi
