I just came back from a trip to Mexico City and had my fare share of tacos in the best places.
This taco actually tasted better to me than the stuff I ate on the streets of Mexico, with the exception of the birria consomé. (Haven’t had anything that comes close yet) It’s a bold statement, but I stand by it.
It’s a red taco done birria style with cheese, but instead of birria meat, it has chicken and chorizo. Dressed simply with onions and cilantro.
My mind, their flavor and execution bore this to the world. AMAZING!!!
