I had never tried this bagel flavor and it’s a winner. It’s an everything bagel with Asiago cheese.
The Asiago just gives it an extra punch of funkiness that takes it to a whole other level. I had mine toasted with parmesan-garlic cream cheese that complemented it nicely.
I asked if they were making the bagels in-house and I was informed they ship the bagels from New York to insure the use of that good New York water that has an impact on the dough. They are then baked on location daily.
The bagel was very good, but for some reason it didn’t come close to what I eat when I go to the city.
I guess the feeling of being in the city factors in heavily.
Regardless, I have to come back for some pizza…
