Fresh pasta & black truffles… this is what I would get served for dinner everyday, if I made it to heaven… Sublime!
I think it could have been a touch creamier, but I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the food versus the amount of tables they’re serving at a time.
I’m sure that if they were a smaller operation, the food would have been majestic instead of excellent! I was able to notice in a couple of our dishes that they had waited a little to long under the heating lamps.
Apart from that, I really liked how the restaurant / market is divided in different specialty stations.
It was fun to be sitting in the middle of all the action!
