First off I’d like to offer my respects due to the fact they’re using water from Brooklyn to make the bagels.
It sounds like a myth, but the science is well grounded. You can look into it in detail, but the PH and certain sediments and minerals have a big impact on the dough.
With that being said, it didn’t taste like Brooklyn… it tasted like Orlando 15 years ago, when I first moved here… LIKE NOTHING!!!
The Asiago bagel didn’t taste like Asiago, the egg seemed like beaters and didn’t have any salt. The hash browns were very bland and apart from the natural flavor in the avocado and the cheese… that was it!
I was only able to eat one half on its own, I had to drown it in hot sauce to be able to finish the other half.
I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t work for me…
