SOUP FOR BREAKFAST?
HELL YEAH!!!
It is a normal breakfast for #gochos in the Andean region of Venezuela. It is also known as #changua in Colombia and it’s pretty much consumed in the same fashion in cooler and/or colder areas of the country.
It’s almost like a Latin #chowder – It’s a potato centric soup, with poached eggs and it’s finished with milk and cilantro. Each region has his own little traits and variations, but that’s the essence.
I’m my mind, it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s delicious and heartwarming!
This new spot is serving some of the homiest Latin food in town. The food almost feels like it was made by someone’s grandmother.
Nothing fancy, but great for the soul.
If you’re from Latina America and you’re feeling home sick, come here for some breakfast and get the cure.
Oh, they also have lunch specials… FYI
