I want to start by saying, I’m usually not a cheese pizza guy, but when something is this good, you don’t want any other flavors distracting you.
It is a simple pizza at a glance, but lots of details behind it. 72 hr fermented dough, imported Italian tomatoes, low moisture mozzarella, fresh Buffalo mozzarella and pecorino Romano.
THE EQUATION IS PRETTY PERFECT!
Pizza is like underwear, everyone has their preference.
This is a New Haven style pie and the dough is very thin without being sloppy. One of my favorite things about this pizza is the ability of eating a whole one without feeling lethargic… I think I might have to eat it non stop until I can know when’s enough… enough and this pizza isn’t compatible!
I’m not judging this as pizza really… I’m just saying it’s delicious!
