You now have a good excuse to go to the outlets and justify the inconvenience of finding parking.

I would drive a couple of hours, struggle with parking and wait in line for this pizza.

There aren’t that many pizzerias with the same integrity as the pizza maker here.

He is making his dough from scratch and fermenting it at least 48 hours. All the ingredients are premium and purposely sourced from the best possible places.

Imported cheeses, San Marzano tomatoes and the right attitude towards food.

The chef is thoughtfully assembling these masterpieces, carefully considering layers, flavor pairings and profiles.

So, please avoid trying to put some wacky shit on your pizza, like ranch or ketchup… they might confiscate your pie and give you a refund… I’M SERIOUS!

It might sound extreme, but the pride is placed in the right place and the quality of the pizza backs it up!
