A “diablito” is traditionally a limeade with #chamoy and #tajin – My brilliant good mind, said can I have that with lime sherbet (AKA: Nevado) instead?
They definitely slammed the breaks for a brief second, but we’re glad to accommodate. The result was a masterpiece! I petition, it’s put on the menu and called The Orlando Food Critic. As you can see, I’m very proud.
It just worked perfectly… the acidity from the lime, the sweet tartness from the chamoy and the heat from the tajin. The brilliance of my addition comes from the refreshing effect of the sherbet.
You need to check this place out, it’s so good it deserves several visits!
