I’ve had my fair share of birria all around the US and I’m proud to say that Orlando, Florida is doing it right!
This spot in Mexico is considered one of the best birrias period and it wasn’t far from what we are getting back home.
The consomé is what made the difference.
We are light years from a broth this good, but we are on track!
