The thing I loved the most about this dish, is that there was an actual thought process and effort placed into the development of it, while being vegetarian.
The other outstanding component of this dish and the restaurant’s food in general is the artistic presentation.
Every plate looks like an art piece.
Where the cookie crumbles is with the execution. The food doesn’t really come together on the plate in terms of flavor and texture.
If I had to guess, it seems like there’s an excellent chef behind the food and a kitchen staff that can’t keep up…
This dish was made by the cereliac & the green pea purées. They were delicious!!!
The #pavê itself was good but it wasn’t comforting. It missed that element on its own. Once you mixed the sauces, it made more sense, but I couldn’t hold its ground on its own.
The #blackrice was a good idea, but it wasn’t reheated well, which affected the texture and it didn’t have enough flavor on its own as well.
I really want this food to work, I hope they can figure it out. Great location and ambiance as well!
