This dessert wasn’t a crowd pleaser, but I thought it was the perfect ending to a rich meaty dinner.
We were all looking at each other stuffed, when they asked about dessert. Although full we wanted to clean the savoriness from our palates.
This dessert did just that, without filling us further and the presentation was pretty cool!
Description: It was a bowl pastry cream accentuated with an array of textures coming from a spongy fennel cake, Orange Blossom Jelly, Hazelnuts and Phyllo Crunch.
