Good bread is everything… and this is good bread!
I love the crust and the char contrasted by the soft and pillowy center. The butter and the garlic just take it to the stratosphere!
I also appreciate the creaminess of the ricotta. Normally, ricotta is grainy, opposed to this velvety version.
