I know this my 3rd post about this restaurant in the last couple of months, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
In most places #ceviche is made ahead of time, in large batches for the day. This causes for the fresh fish to overcook in some instances and also creates a soupy ceviche.
This restaurant on the other hand makes its ceviche to order and you can definitely tell the difference.
There are plenty of Peruvian restaurants in Orlando these days, but there aren’t that many that are great.
In my opinion, this is one of the good ones!
