They are not reinventing the wheel, but they are doing the food right. Everything was cooked and seasoned nicely. It sounds like this should be a given at a restaurant, but it’s actually a rare affair.
I liked seeing several vegetarian options on the menu, and I’m glad I was recommend these grits. Also known as Polenta in Italy, and mazamorra in Latin American countries. People either love grits or they don’t… not sure if it’s a textural thing, but these have enough cheese, cream and butter to get you over the fence!
The idea of having #brunch available everyday rather than only Saturday and Sunday is pretty cool!
