These soft, airy pillows of joy are in another category. They shouldn’t even be called pancakes… Morning Pillows might be the right name and it even rhymes with Fellows. I got it: FELLOWS’ PILLOWS
All jokes aside, these are worth the drive and the wait time. It’s a 30 min drive from Atlanta and you might have to wait between 30 min to an hour for a table. But eating this breakfast masterpiece under the old willow tree in the front porch is exquisite!!!
If anything order them with the sauce on the side. They are so good they shouldn’t be smothered. The have a delicious tang from the ricotta and the lemon that shouldn’t be masked with any other flavor apart from a little maple syrup.
