Amuse Bouche (Beet Hummus & Arancini with Australian Summer Truffle)Bread Service (Pita fried in Olive oil with Mediterranean Herbs & Spices)
Halloumi Flambe
Arrabiata
Chocolate Fondant
Summer Menu (Available until August 14th, 2025)
I’d strongly recommend you take advantage of this menu while it lasts. The price vs value is so off the food is practically free!
Let me walk you through the the highlights in each course:
Amuse Bouche: Australian Summer Truffle (Chef’s Welcoming Course – not listed on menu)
Bread Service: Pita bread fried in olive oil & seasoned with imported herbs and spices
Halloumi: Imported Cheese from Greece flambé with imported Greek Ouzo
Arrabiata: Imported pasta from Italy & Japanese Shrimp
Chocolate Fondant: AKA Chocolate Lava Cake (flawless execution)
I’ve had mixed feelings about this restaurant since it opened. I feel there is some unnecessary flare on the regular menu that results in overpriced items based on value. It is obvious you also pay for the venue an the quality of the service, which is on point in this case.
That feeling does not apply to this Summer Menu. It was delicious, classy and entertaining from start to finish.
I particularly liked the Halloumi due to the sweet/bitter sauce created with the Ouzo and the use of citrus. This dish alone was worth the $60!
The Arrabiata had a balanced spice that gave it character without drawing the other beautiful flavors. The shrimp was not only exquisite but also cooked perfectly and the fresh ricotta topped with lemon peel added creaminess and brightness. I just would have wanted the pasta to be al dente. It was a little over and for a pasta lover like me…hard to forgive.
Luckily, the fried pita is so freaking good that with one bite you’re back on track again. (Highly Addicting)
The meal ended with a Chocolate Lava Cake, which sounds like the run of the mill, but it was done righteously. It wasn’t only good… it was nostalgic!
