There’s only 2 other restaurants in town you can compare this experience to, and neither one has a vegetarian option.
With that being said, this dining experienced is currently unmatched!!!
Fine dining is usually all about the most expensive cut of meat and/or the most exotic crustaceans. At this level, vegetarians and vegans are normally left out or treated as an afterthought. (We need to put some shit on the menu for these people so we don’t get canceled)
This is the first time, I don’t feel left out at this level and I actually felt like I was not only not missing out on anything, but I strongly believe the vegetarian version of the dishes were actually better in most instances.
Thanks to the Chef Rikku and all the team for creating this unique dining experience in my city and for giving me hope.
I had given up a little on fine dining, and I hadn’t realized how much it affected me…
