Seasoning is a big deal for me and that doesn’t only translate to salt and pepper…
It means the right amount of aromatics, vegetables and other dry ingredients to produce a party in your mouth.
The Tom Kha was unrealistically delicious and it is a side item. Next time I’m getting 3 orders and have them serve it as a main course. SAVAGE!
I had a bit of the broth from the Northern Thai style curry and it was very hard for me not grab the plate and forget about my dietary decisions. The base had fish sauce, so I had to take deep breath to contain myself.
This place is totally worthy of a Bib Gourmand!
