This dish blew my mind and my tastebuds. I hadn’t tried or thought of making #frenchtoast with baguette and I think it’s genius!
They are making the bread in-house with a sourdough starter, which makes the flavor unique and guarantees the quality of the final product.
The texture of the prepared toast had me flipping already and then I tried the fennel ice cream, forcing me to do a triple back flip in my mind. I didn’t want this dish to end, it was really, really good!
My only complaint is that I didn’t get to try the lunch items… this was just only breakfast!
