Catupiry is a Brazilian version of cream cheese, but BETTER!
The discovery of this product isn’t the awe, is the idea of grilling the bread spread down and getting this result… it opened a tap of culinary ideas for me and it was delicious!!!
The dual textures of the spread was poetic. It was a cheese shell isolating the cream cheese inside, when you bit into it. It was a subtle, but yet dramatic explosion of crunchy and creamy joy!
Give me a #nutella coffee and a platter of this and I’ll be happy any day!
