I ended up here for a quick snack as I waited for my daughter’s Ortho appointment. I had this and the homemade pierogies.
The #pierogies were very good. This was too, but it was a little too bold with all the flavor combinations.
I loved the idea of the blue cheese Alfredo, but along with the blue cheese crumbles and the balsamic glaze… it was quite the flavor bomb and it quickly became overwhelming.
The potato chips were fried at high temperature, making them bitter due to the extreme caramelization of the natural sugars in the potatoes.
This dish in my opinion, just needs a little honing for it to be sublime!
